As part of a broader strategic initiative, I contributed to reviewing and improving Mærsk’s onboarding and upskilling experience. The project addressed challenges in the sign-up flow, fragmented assets, and unclear user journeys. I helped evaluate the current experience, identify redundancies, and define actionable design principles to guide future improvements.
A key output was a moodshot illustrating a future vision for a more streamlined and cohesive learning ecosystem. This work laid the foundation for better onboarding with better alignment across tools and teams.
